Project Overview

Gram Collections is one of the most reputable jewellery businesses in Malta, particularly well known within the gold jewellery industry. While the brand had a strong offline reputation and loyal, long-standing clientele, the digital side of the business was largely underutilised.

MDV partnered with Gram Collections to unlock their digital potential, modernise their online presence, and introduce structured performance marketing that would drive measurable business growth.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was the lack of strategic digital marketing activity across key platforms such as Facebook and Google. While Gram Collections was well established offline, their online presence was not contributing meaningfully to sales or brand growth.

Additionally, the website experience required improvement, as it lacked clear calls-to-action and a modern structure that could effectively convert online visitors into customers.

Our Approach

We began by identifying the missed opportunities within Gram Collections’ digital ecosystem, particularly across paid advertising channels. By implementing a clear digital strategy and launching structured Facebook and Google ad campaigns, we were able to significantly improve online visibility and sales performance.

Alongside paid advertising, we refreshed the website experience with a cleaner design and clearer CTAs, ensuring users were guided smoothly toward conversion. This was supported by strategic content planning, high-quality visuals, and conversion-driven ad creatives.
