Project Overview
Like many small businesses in Malta, the owner of Carver’s Butcher Shop was handling both day-to-day operations and marketing in-house. While this approach is common, it often becomes overwhelming and limits the business’s ability to grow online.
Carver’s partnered with MDV to fully transform their brand and digital presence. The goal was to bring the business to life online, create a strong and recognisable identity, and position Carver’s as a standout butcher shop in a competitive local market.
The Challenge
The main challenge was twofold. Firstly, the business lacked a clear and consistent brand identity, both online and offline. Secondly, managing marketing alongside daily operations was time-consuming and frustrating, making it difficult to maintain consistency, creativity, and strategic direction.
